Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in NC.
Term Changes. Brow and Lash by Lailabeth may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
